TYVI PRO service to be discontinued on June 30, 2024

Dear Customer,

The use of the TYVI Pro service (www.tyvi.fi) by our customer base has decreased significantly over the past five years. During this time, various authorities have stopped supporting the service or developed alternative ways of receiving information, which has had a significant impact on demand.

Because of this, Posti Messaging has decided to terminate its operations as a TYVI service provider in the summer of 2024, and we will terminate your agreements related to the TYVI Pro service as of June 30, 2024. After this, we will no longer provide message forwarding related to the service, and no replacement service is planned. 


TYVI notifications delivered by other operators in the future

There are ready-made solutions on the market and provided by notification recipients. We compiled a list of examples from online sources to make it easier for you to choose a new partner. Check out the options here 


Checklist for the transition

  • You can continue using the TYVI Pro service as usual until June 30, 2024.
  • Between July 1 and July 7, 2024, you can still log in to the service and view and save submitted notifications, but you will no longer be able to submit new notifications or edit notifications already submitted.
  • Export your important notifications from the service well in advance before the site closes for good. Notifications cannot be recovered or saved after the site closes.
  • Posti Messaging will not store or archive the data stored in the TYVI Pro service; the data uploaded by users will be securely destroyed when the service is discontinued.
